Does Not Support Id3.23 tags

Two problems with the software:

1) Strips Id3.1 tags without asking. You have to change the settings to stop it.
2) Saves tags in Id3.24 format not supported is Id3.23. This causes problems for podcasters like myself. 5 weeks of problems!
